It forces me to send a link for the app to my friend instead of adding them. It also adds my area code to the text and gives THEIR area codes the next numbers. This creates a number that isn't there. Although I tried to look up the guides, they use different pictures than what I see in my app. It doesn't seem to work with my smartphone. Because it connects with friends and family, it's quite good. Video is my only problem. When I attempt to send videos to people via Messenger or status, the sound is completely muted. It was initially thought that it was an old problem with my phone.

However, my new phone has the same issue. When I tried to contact any service representatives about this problem, they were unable to help me. Although the app works well and is generally trouble-free, there are two issues.
